Back in 2017, we added chickens to our back yard collection of vegetable gardens and bee hives, so we searched for a company that would provide us with a great looking lawn WITHOUT using toxic chemicals. We found Mike at Green Thumb Lawn Care, and were thrilled with the service he provided. We were a bit nervous in 2024 when Mike announced that he had merged his business with Grover Turf Care to continue his Organic Approach long into the future, but after a few initial bumps, we have been pleased.

The transformation didn't happen overnight, but Mike's strategic plan to recondition the soil; treat the plants with appropriate nutrients; and his professional grounds-keeping tips, my lawn's health and appearance have never been better.

Mike and his team have been treating our lawn for 4 years. When they first started our lawn was infested with wild violets and other weeds. They eradicated almost all of them that first year.

Our lawn has only continued to improve. It looks great this year and is nearly weed free and healthy.
